Broken Hill to Port Augusta

Hi all,
We stayed in Broken Hill so that we could go out to the Menindee lake system to see the water coming down the Darling River. Whilst there we went riding twice on the second time I had a puncher in the front tyre of my bike so for a change Ian had to rescue me.
Menindee Lake from the railway crossing. Last time we saw this it had no water & the trees in the back ground where high & dry
Water rushing through the weir and into the lake
Water in the Darling River not a lot flowing down as it is all held back in the lakes system
View from the coffee shop @ the Arid Lands Botanic Gardens, Flinders Ranges in the background
Cliffs at the Flinders lookout in the Arid Lands Botanic Gardens

We left Port Augusta & headed for Roxby Downs, this was an easy drive.
